“It’s very special for us to play to new fans in countries we’ve never been before,” Bruce Dickinson, the band’s vocalist, said in a statement.
“We hear the Indian fans are very loud and into their metal.”
Iron Maiden’s new album, “Matter of Life and Death“, reached number two on Indian album charts.
The six-member band has more than 25 albums to their credit and a dedicated following in India.
“The whole trip will be an exciting time for us and we intend to enjoy every moment there,” Dickinson said.
