You must remember that God does not leave His children alone, you are the one who choose to leave God. He is right next to you, right beside you, just take His hand and let Him carry you and walk with you. He will forgive you, because He died on the cross for you and His grace is enough for you. God will never leave nor forsake you. Remember that God loves you. I pray and hope that you will have a wonderful time in the presence of the Lord.
