Entertainment Tonight reports Nicole Richie pleaded not guilty today to charges stemming from her arrest in December on suspicion of driving under the influence. The “Simple Life” star was charged last Friday with misdemeanor DUI.Richie was not present at the Glendale Superior Court hearing in California; her defense attorney entered the plea on her client’s behalf. A pre-trial hearing has been set for April 2.
Hahahaha…..you’re charged with a DUI as well as driving on the wrong side of the freeway and you plead not guilty? Oh man, can’t wait to see how she’ll get out of this one !

Oh, don’t you worry, she WILL get away with it - they all do. All of those dumb LA judges have their pockets wide open - all a celeb has to do is drop some cash in it, and they get off scott-free. Even if the jury says ‘guilty’ the judge’ll let her off with a slap on the wrist. You just watch.
