The 49th Annual Grammy® Awards are just days away, and The Recording Academy has unveiled an all-star stage mash-up featuring legendary funk band EARTH, WIND & FIRE, MARY J. BLIGE and LUDACRIS! The once in a lifetime performance will be part of a special segment just announced yesterday. JAMES BLUNT and rapper T.I. have also been added to this year’s amazing musical line-up.

Other performers will include multi-nominees such as CARRIE UNDERWOOD, CHRISTINA AGUILERA and JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, who will perform solo and with the winner of the “My Grammy Moment” singing competition.

Just last week, it was announced that THE POLICE are reuniting on stage for the first time in 30 years to open the show.

The 49th Grammy Awards take center stage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Feb. 11, 2007, on CBS.
